Self-attested photocopies of the following documents to be attached with the registration form.
Originals will be checked at the time of admission.

1.	Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (original to be deposited at the time of admission)
2.	Proof of residential address:Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child).Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parent or child.Aadhaar card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
3.	Proof for Sibling- current fee receipt (wherever applicable)
4.	Proof for Alumni (eligible for X & XII Pass only)
5.	Copy of Aadhar card of child and parents
